- You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method or store credit.

- Damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge — please share a photo/video of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
